GUIDELINES FOR MAKING RESERVATIONS
To request one of the above use one of the following methods:

A Vacation Counselor will then check availability. If the resort and dates you have requested are available, your reservation will be confirmed immediately. Your confirmation will be mailed the following business day along with general information about the resort and your unit. Since most memberships are floating time, your vacation is booked based upon availability. The key to ensuring your first choice of date and location is to submit your request well in advance. Members are able to book up to one year in advance. All requests, whether by phone, voice mail, fax, or e-mail, are on a first come first serve basis; determined by a date and time stamp. Since each year's "use week" is to be used during the same calendar year, we suggest all members submit their request to Perennial Vacation Club as soon as possible when scheduling their vacation. This does not mean you cannot submit a request up to the last minute since less popular dates or cancellations may provide availability. However, if you find you cannot use your week during the calendar year, refer to your Club's World Bank Program described in these guidelines. Your Club annual dues must be current at the time of your request. If your annual dues become delinquent prior to the travel date, your reservations are subject to cancellation without notice. The Direct Exchange Program is an in-house exchange service offered to all members. Perennial Vacation Club has affiliations with over 300 Direct Exchange companies all over the world. This allows Members to travel to various resorts other than their home resorts. Contact your Direct Exchange Counselor or view our website @ www.perennialvacationclub.com to discuss your vacation options. Member's cost for an exchange is $105.00 within the Continental U.S. and $120.00 outside the Continental U.S. including Hawaii. This is a non-refundable fee charged only when your exchange is confirmed. Upgrades are available for an additional fee (per week): $200.00 per bedroom size, $200.00 seasonality, and $300.00 for Christmas or New Years. When submitting a Direct Exchange request, please provide the following information:
Once your request has been submitted, your Direct Exchange Counselor immediately starts working. The more flexibility of areas and dates given will assist in obtaining your exchange. Keep in mind that these are not Perennial Vacation Club's properties and are based on availability only. Try to get your request in as soon as possible - 8 months to one year in advance is best. Your Direct Exchange Counselor will contact you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. The Direct Exchange fee is due at that time. The resort that you are confirmed into will send Perennial Vacation Club your confirmation, which we will then forward to you. If you have any questions after receiving your confirmation, please contact your Direct Exchange Counselor. Be sure to check out our Hot List. The Hot List includes inventory available at this time and is updated frequently. If you have already used your "use week" you may still rent from this list. Should you be unable to use your current year's "use week" or find it convenient to forego a vacation for the current year and use it in the future, your Club's World Bank will allow you that convenience. A one-time, non-refundable fee of $149.00 will make your current year's week available during the following calendar year, subject to normal reservation procedures. World Banking your week must be done by December 31st. Your club reserves the right to limit such requests based on availability. Accrual members do not have the option to World Bank unused weeks. When exchanging or banking your week with Interval International, Ice Gallery or another exchange company of your choice, the procedures are very similar to booking one of your home resorts. Inform Reservations that you want to space-bank your week with an exchange company of your choice. A Vacation Counselor will then schedule you the next available week for exchange equal to what you own. Once again, it is imperative that you submit a request well in advance to schedule a week that will meet all of the exchange company’s requirements. The Vacation Counselor will provide you with the information you need to give to your exchange company, including your resort location, unit number, interval (week) number and scheduled dates. A written confirmation of the Perennial Vacation Club week you are exchanging will also be sent to you. Should you decide not to exchange or deposit your week, please contact a Perennial Vacation Club Vacation Counselor immediately as to your intentions. RCI When exchanging or depositing your week with RCI, first contact a Perennial Vacation Club Vacation Counselor with your RCI number handy. We will then spacebank a reservation equal to what you own. You will then be instructed to contact RCI anytime after 24 hours to submit your vacation request. It is imperative to submit a request well in advance to ensure the best trading power on your deposited week. Member Rental Time is offered to all Perennial Vacation Club Members at the home resorts and may be scheduled upon availability. Member rentals are subject to availability and depending on the week, there are guidelines on how far in advance they can be made. Weekly rates are equal to your annual dues plus appropriate room tax for the resort location rented. Daily rates are also available. For this amount you receive the same size accommodations reflected on your membership. For members booking a rental, payment must be received upon booking. Non-members charging rentals to their credit cards over the telephone must sign an authorization slip (a fax copy is acceptable). Written confirmation will not be sent until rental payment is received. Cancellations may be made up to 45 days or prior to travel without penalty. Less than 45 days in advance are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 14 days prior notice (30 days for holiday periods) are subject to loss of all rental monies. Contact Reservations to schedule your time. Members wanting to upgrade their bedroom size may do so for a fee of $200 per room size, per week, plus tax. Upgrading is subject to availability and depending on the week, there are guidelines on how far in advance you can do so. All upgrade fees are non-refundable and payable at time of booking. Members wishing to upgrade to a different season above the season owned; they may do so for a fee of $200.00 per season, per week, plus tax. Season upgrades are subject to availability and depending on the week, there are guidelines on how far in advance you can do so. "Non-payment of Fees" Cancellation - If a member's Maintenance Dues are delinquent, reservations are subject to cancellation. "Use Week" Cancellation - If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation for your regular "use week(s)", your time will be returned to you for re-booking in accordance with normal reservation procedures, provided:
"Direct Exchange" Cancellation Requests: Cancellations must be made PRIOR TO CONFIRMATION to avoid an exchange fee. Otherwise, fees will be due as follows. Confirmed Vacation: If cancellation becomes necessary at least 45 days prior to the travel date, there is a $50.00 fee and your "use week" will be returned to you to book later in the same calendar year. Cancellation less than 45 days prior to the travel date will result in a loss of your "use week". In both situations, all Direct Exchange fees (room upgrade, seasonality, and exchange fees) are non-refundable and payable immediately. "Rental" Cancellation - Cancellations may be made up to 45 days prior to travel without penalty. Less than 45 days in advance are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 14 days prior notice (30 days for holiday periods) are subject to loss of all rental monies. "Late Check-in" - Reservations are subject to cancellation 48 hours after designated check-in day unless we receive notice of late arrival. This also applies to Members traveling to a Direct Exchange location. As provided in Club Bylaws and Rules and
