Perennial Vacation Club owns 5 resort locations.  For those of you looking to travel outside those 5 locations, we offer Direct Exchange.  A wonderful alternative to the "home resorts" for those looking to try something new.

In the Direct Exchange Department we will do our best to locate your "vacation destination".  Many factors affect the probability of confirming a reservation, such as length of time you allow us to search for your request.

Although Direct Exchange cannot guarantee we will be able to confirm your request, we make every effort to do so. 

STEP 1:  Call us!  Let us know where and when you would like to travel.  We start searching for your request right away.
If we match your request we book it immediately.  We will then call you with a unit already confirmed in your name and provide you with detailed information about the unit where you are confirmed.  A non-refundable fee of $125.00 - Continental U.S., $150.00 - outside Continental U.S. including Hawaii, is then due and payable.

STEP 2:  We will send you your written confirmation when we receive it from the exchange resort.
