Subject: Employees at Bandera

We would like you to know how impressed we are with your employees here and the condition of the resort! It's amazing!! Elvira, Matt, and all the employees are first class and go the extra yard to ensure one's comfort. This resort is truly a jewel in our club. The privacy, amenities, and open country setting are hard to find at any price! We were here 2 weeks ago, and are back right away now as paying guests for a few days for Octoberfest, (we wanted to save our full week for another time.) This resort is very special!!! Thanks again for providing us with a great vacation and we feel so lucky to be part of this vacation club! Your improvements here are outstanding!

Dear Judge Wayne, We just returned from a week in Bandera, Texas and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed out vacation. We had five use week units and were accompanied by five other couples who have become our traveling companions. The resort and staff were truly wonderful and provided a memorable experience for all of us. Our friends were really impressed. I especially want to commend Elvira and Matt who went above and beyond in making us feel welcome, and made sure that our every need was met. They were extremely friendly and provided us with valuable area information and quickly responded to our requests for things like hair dryers, cooking pans and utensils.  We have been members since November 1, 1981 (World Class Resorts) and have always enjoyed and appreciated our membership in Perennial Vacation Club and wanted to let you know we think you are doing a wonderful job as President and CEO protecting our vacations.

We loved the Bandera Resort – the grounds were well kept, it was quiet and not busy even though the units were full. The pool had a wonderful view. The front desk had a great collection of movies and games to check out. This was the most peaceful and relaxing family vacation we have ever had!
