We’re thrilled to announce that Perennial Vacation Club is collecting more awards in recognition of outstanding customer service! This year, all of our home resorts received hospitality recognition awards from RCI, based upon comment cards from guests who stayed at our resorts.

While this is a wonderful compliment to our staff, and one that we take great pride in, it also has a practical benefit: exciting exchange opportunities for our members! RCI just finished compiling the final tally of scores for their 2020 Resort Recognition Program, and we’re thrilled to announce that Perennial Vacation Club has achieved Silver Crown scores this year! In their letter to us, RCI Stated:

This is a very exciting achievement and is a true testament to the type of vacation experience that you and your staff consistently provide the RCI members that exchange into your property, which is very much appreciated. A lot of hard work goes into such an achievement, and I applaud the entire team! Please pass along my sentiments to the entire staff.
