Hot on the Hot List!

Ready to explore a new destination this year? Perennial Vacation Club members don’t only have access to our beautiful home resorts, but to an additional 5,000+ resorts in 80 countries around the world! Here are a few of the exciting, in-house exchanges currently available on our club’s Hot List:

  • Ke Nani Kai (Molokai, Hawaii): Experience Hawaii as it use to be on the quiet and unspoiled island of Molokai. Only 38 miles long and 10 miles across at its widest point, Molokai offers pristine beaches, gorgeous coastlines and pure tranquility.
  • White Oak Lodge & Resort (Gatlinburg, Tennessee): Away from the bustle of big cities but close to theme parks, museums, wineries and more, this retreat offers a new adventure in the Great Smokey Mountains!

Find more information (and all of our current Hot List exchanges) here. Remember to check back often, since the Hot List is updated all the time. And of course, we have many more exchanges than can be featured on the Hot List, so contact Reservations if you have a particular destination in mind. You can also review our list of U.S. Direct Exchanges and International Direct Exchanges for more information.

*Exchanges are available for Perennial Vacation Club members only. The fee is $125 for within the continental U.S. and $150 for outside the continental U.S.

Good Food Around Bandera

Next time you’re visiting us in Bandera, check out these nearby restaurants:

  • OST (Old Spanish Trail) Restaurant (Bandera): Saddle bar stools and a John Wayne room make this the perfect spot to visit when touring the Cowboy Capital of the World.
  • Lost Maples Cafe (Utopia): Famous for their homemade pies! Apple, Fudge Pecan, Cherry, Buttermilk…
  • Bumdoodlers Cafe (in Boerne and Kerrville): The best homemade cheese cake sandwiches and soups.
  • Camp Verde General Store & Restaurant (Camp Verde): Nestled on the shores of the Verde Creek, the General Store was first established in 1857, and rebuilt after a flood swept away the original building around 1900. A taste of history (and dinner, too)!

What are you favorite spots in the Texas Hill Country?

Who We Are

Wondering who we are at Perennial Vacation Club? Here are just a few fun facts about our unique vacation club:

  • We were founded in 1980 as the first member-owned and managed vacation club.
  • Since 1988, the club has been managed by Judge Laurence Wayne, who retired from the Texas judiciary that same year. He and his wife first became members in 1983, in order to travel with their two daughters.
  • Our board of directors are all members, and they have all been with the club for over 25 years.
  • Two of our staff members have been with us for over 28 years! Another 3 have been with us for over 23. One has been with us for over 18 years, 5 for over 13 years and 7 for over 8 years.
  • Many of our members have been with us since the very beginning, for over 37 years!

We understand the importance of vacation time, and we’re proud that so many of our members and staff have been with us for so long!

Our mission, accomplished through teamwork,

is to create vacations that enrich our members’ lives.
