Spending the holidays in Daytona?

Planning on spending the 2019 holidays in Daytona? Here are some of our favorite ways to enjoy this beautiful area:

Holiday Events at the Casements: tree lighting, shopping, music and more, throughout December! Set on the shore of the Halifax River and just two blocks from the ocean, the mansion has been called “the jewel of Ormond Beach.” During the holidays it transforms into a winter wonderland!
Magic of Lights at the Daytona International Speedway: Through the end of the year, the “World Center of Racing” transforms into a holiday wonderland. The holiday drive-through is open from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. (and from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. from November 28th-December 1st). A portion of the proceeds from the Magic of Lights will benefit AdventHealth Foundation in Volusia/Flagler Counties.
Stetson Mansion Christmas Tours: Built in 1886, this famed Victorian Gilded Age residence is a perfect backdrop for elaborate Christmas decorations, which are different every year.

Holidays in Bandera

The holidays are a wonderful time to visit the Texas Hill Country, and we’ve compiled a few of our favorite events to inspire your next getaway:

Dickens on Main (Boerne, November 29th & 30th): horse-drawn carriages, live performances, holiday shopping, children’s activities and more!
German Christmas Pyramid Lighting (Fredericksburg, November 29th): Enjoy carolers, refreshments and a spectacular tree lighting ceremony.
Cowboy Capital Christmas & Shoppers’ Jubilee (events scheduled throughout December; see the website for the latest information): Caroling, shopping, parades and a cowboy Santa Claus. It’s silver bells… Bandera-style!
Weihnachts Parade (Boerne, December 7th): Visit Boerne for a Lonestar Christmas parade.

Interested in spending the holidays in Tahoe this year? We sometimes have openings at Tahoe Village and the Eagles’ Nest during Christmas and/or New Year’s week. If you’re dreaming of holidays spent skiing or lounging by a fire, check with our Reservations Department for information about our 2019 availability and upgrade fees.
