On the 3rd Saturday of every month, come rain or shine, you can find the Downtown Deland Classic Car Cruise-In, less than 30 minutes west of Daytona Beach. This Main Street community strives to protect the area’s heritage while maintaining a lively center of shops, restaurants, cafes and galleries. During the monthly car show, various special events, music and family fun add to the display of classic cars. For all of the latest events and more information, visit their website here. Start Planning: Fall Adventures in Daytona

Starting to plan your fall adventures? Here are a few of our favorite activities in Daytona:

October 15-18: Biketoberfest! This motorcycle rally draws over 125,000 visitors each year. Watch the pros compete, enjoy live music and more!
November 7-8: The Halifax Art Festival. In downtown Daytona, this festival features fine art and crafts, live entertainment, children’s events, fine dining and more.
Daytona’s Farmers’ Market (held on Saturdays).
The Casements, a Rockefeller home offering daily tours of the beautiful home and grounds.
The Halifax Harbor Marina Dinner & River Cruise. Be sure to book in advance! The food is very good, and now includes a kids’ menu.

Announcing 2021 Stretch Weeks!

One of the best ways to use a Perennial Vacation Club membership is by traveling during Stretch Weeks. During these weeks, you can stretch your week 3 extra days, at no extra cost! Dreaming about your 2021 travels? These are the weeks to keep in mind:

Bandera Bonanza: January 2 – February 27 (weeks 1-9)

Tahoe Spring Fling: April 17 – May 8 (weeks 16-19)

Daytona Delight: September 11 – October 2 (weeks 37-40)

Summer in Daytona

Looking ahead to warm summer days? If you’ll be visiting Daytona, here are a few of our favorite summer events:

Cinco de Mayo Celebration on Flagler Avenue! It’s located on the New Smyrna Beach, just 20 minutes south of the Perennial Vacation Club resort.
Daytona Tortugas baseball season! Head over to Jackie Robinson baseball field — after the games, kids are allowed to run the bases! Find the game schedule here.
Visit the Ponce De Leon Inlet Light Station and climb to the top of Florida’s tallest lighthouse. The views are spectacular!
Over on the boardwalk, enjoy the Daytona Beach Bandshell Concerts, running May through September Friday and Saturday nights. Here you can find Beatles, Billy Joel and Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute bands, just to name a few! Find the schedule here.
