We’re thrilled to announce that, in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, our Daytona Beach resort suffered minimal damage and is up and running! Our devoted staff worked tirelessly to clear the debris. The pool is open, the tiki huts survived the storm and the beach is almost back to normal.
In addition, most restaurants are open or in the process of re-opening, as are most major attractions (such as the Boardwalk, Ocean Walk Shoppes, downtown Daytona shops, the Daytona International Speedway and the Daytona Lagoon indoor amusements). Grocery stores are open, and although some debris remains on the roads, it isn’t impeding traffic.
Here are a few pictures from the storm, but rest assured that our wonderful staff has ensured that your upcoming travel plans will proceed smoothly!

October 3, 2017 at 10:49 amMy husband Mike and I were scheduled to go to Daytona Beach Resort on September 16th, one week after the hurricane. Of course you plan all year to spend your week at the resort and hate to see anything interrupt that vacation. I had called a couple times just to see if they were going to be open and they were not sure. I finally got the text from Miriam that yes they were going to open on Saturday September 16th. We were not sure what to expect for example..were we going to be able to use the pool …was it going to smell musty.. was it going to look like a hurricane went through? But when we got there everything was absolutely awesome, as it always is when we go. My husband and I have only been members for about 2 years. Whenever we get the chance to go, because we live close, we go and spend a weekend,a day or week at the Daytona Resort. Miriam, Oscar and the entire staff make us feel so welcome and so comfortable. I can’t believe that we found such a wonderful place to go spend time and de-stress. Thank you to all the staff at the Daytona Beach Resort for all you do to make our time at your Resort so awesome

Miriam and Oscar are always so helpful, cheerful and always able to help even though we have been going there for 16 years. The crew is unbelievable with there hard work and dedication to keeping our vacation home clean and beautiful. You never see these gentlemen not working.
