ImperiaLakes is a hub of outdoor
recreation and entertainment. Lakeland claims 41 parks and 13 lakes
within the city limits, and is spring training camp for the Detroit
Tigers. Only 60 miles from Lakeland are Disney World, Sea World
and the Bok Tower.

everyone. Cheer on the Detroit Tigers during spring training,
cast your line for some of Florida's best fresh water fishing,
or take a leisurely stroll along the shores of Lakeland's

Sample the offerings from a rich variety of restaurants
ranging from home-style country cafes to elegant continental
cuisine. Or take advantage of the covered cabana with
gas grills and picnic tables to create your own evening

Don't miss the nearby fun of Kennedy Space Center, Disney
World, and Epcot Center. A tour of the historic Florida
Southern College reveals the largest collection of buildings
designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Look into FSC's Fine Arts
Festival while you're there.
Shopping:
If you can't find what you're looking for in the theme
park gift shops, you should be able to find it in one
of the area's two dozen shopping centers, including the
one million square foot Lakeland Square. Treasure seekers
will love Lakeland's legendary Antique District with countless
shops full of one-of-a-kind collectibles.
