As a member-owned, member-managed Not-for-Profit organization, Perennial Vacation Club is unique within the vacation ownership/timeshare industry.  Over the past 30 plus years, the Club’s membership has grown to nearly 10,000 members residing in 50 states and 25 countries.  These member-owners elect a Board of Directors, from the membership, who appoints a President (also a member) to oversee the day-to-day operations.  All maintenance fees go directly to the organization to cover operating costs, renovations and capital improvements.  There are no investors, shareholders, or developers and debt is kept to a minimum.  Another unique aspect of our Club is that ownership is a non-specific week/location.  In other words: travel where you want, when you want.  We currently own 5 resort locations and are affiliated with approximately 5,000 others.  The Board of Directors is committed to continued growth and the acquisition of new resort destinations.

The Club, run by members for members, is dedicated to fulfilling its mission statement of “creating vacations that enrich our members’ lives.”
